Unfortunately due to the nature of the product there isn't much we can do, if Auspost lose your parcel the first thing you need to do is contact Auspost and ask for photo evidence, ask where they delivered it to, also contact us and we'll do what we can from our end, in most cases Auspost will retrieve the parcel and deliver it to the correct address.
